By accessing or using Whealth ("the App"), operated by Whealth Labs LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Whealth is a personal finance management application that allows you to view your financial accounts, track spending, manage budgets, and receive AI-powered insights about your finances. We connect to your financial institutions through Plaid, a secure third-party service.
Whealth is not a financial advisor. The information and insights provided by the App, including the AI assistant, are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information from the App.

Whealth offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("Whealth Plus"). Whealth Plus is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription.
Web Purchases (Stripe): Subscriptions purchased through the website are billed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the Manage Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by contacting us at contact@whealthapp.com.
iOS Purchases (Apple): Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are billed by Apple via In-App Purchase. You may cancel at any time through your iPhone Settings > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds for Apple purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Prices may change with notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
The App integrates with third-party services including Plaid (for bank and investment account connections), Stripe (for web payment processing), Apple In-App Purchase (for iOS payment processing), Groq (for AI features), and Google Places (for address lookup). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.
While we strive to display accurate financial information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data received from your financial institutions. Account balances and transactions may be delayed or contain errors. Always verify important financial information directly with your financial institutions.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Whealth Labs LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whealth Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
